1. Information in the app
Versus is a collection of local two-player games played on one iPhone. The app has no developer-operated backend and does not send game activity, player names, or other personal information to Drito LLC.
The following information is stored locally on your device:
- Player names you enter.
- Head-to-head results, game wins, play counts, and recently played games.
- Favorite games and settings such as sound and haptics.
- The number of daily free plays used and the local date for that allowance.
- Cached information about whether the Versus Pass is owned.
- A flag recording whether Apple previously required age-range sharing.
Versus does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not sell or share personal information for advertising.
2. Apple purchases
The optional Versus Pass is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes payments through the App Store. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit framework to check and restore purchase access.
Drito LLC does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials. Apple manages payment and purchase records under Apple’s Privacy Policy. Apple may also process information through iOS and App Store services according to your Apple settings.
3. Apple age-range sharing
On supported iOS versions, Versus may ask Apple to share the age range associated with the Apple Account when Apple indicates that age features apply. Versus uses the response on your device to complete that check, then discards it. The app does not store the age range or send it to Drito LLC, and does not receive your birthday or identification documents.
A local flag remembers whether sharing was required so an unavailable check does not clear that requirement. Apple's response concerns the Apple Account and does not separately verify both local players. Apple manages sharing choices in Apple Account settings, including choices managed by a parent or guardian.
4. Local data and your choices
You can edit player names and settings in the app. Settings → Reset record clears your head-to-head record and play counts while keeping favorites. You can remove favorites in the game library.
Deleting the app removes its local data from that installation. Offloading the app preserves its documents and data. Your device or iCloud backups may retain or restore app data depending on your Apple settings; those backups are managed by Apple, not Drito LLC.
Deleting the app does not erase Apple’s purchase records. You can use Restore purchase to restore eligible Pass access. There is no Versus account to delete, and Drito LLC does not hold a server copy of your gameplay data.
5. If you contact support
If you choose to email dritollc@gmail.com, Drito LLC receives your email address and any information or attachments you include. We use that information to respond to your request, troubleshoot the issue, and maintain necessary support records. Our email provider processes these messages to deliver and store the correspondence.
Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to address your request and satisfy applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence by emailing the same address. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or information unrelated to your request.

7. Children’s privacy
Drito LLC does not receive children's personal information through gameplay. Apple age-range sharing is processed on device as described above. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support email, contact us so we can address it and delete the information as appropriate.
8. Policy changes
If our practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. The current policy is available here and through the app’s privacy information.
